This lovely waterfront property is situated on the banks of the Menai Strait in the picturesque village of Y Felinheli. The property enjoys fantastic far reaching sea views and is situated between the university city of Bangor and the royal town of Caernarfon. This lovely property provides a great base for friends or a family and anyone who enjoys watersports and marine pursuits, and with the glorious surrounding countryside, mountains and beaches within easy reach, there is something that will appeal to everyone. Well-presented and arranged over three floors, this mid-terrace house provides comfy and homely holiday accommodation taking full advantage of the fantastic sea views from the large patio doors that open on to the wooden decked balcony from the first-floor sitting room.
Sit and relax, enjoying the wonderful views with a refreshing drink or morning cup of coffee. The sitting area is spacious and light which adds to the ambience, with a large comfy corner sofa to sink into and relax after a busy day out and about. The kitchen area is well-equipped and there is room for everyone in the open-plan dining area for some lovely family meals together. Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor, a king-size double and a single, together with a shower room whilst the third bedroom, accessed from the first-floor sitting room via a spiral staircase, which in itself is a lovely feature, has a king-size double bed and an en-suite shower room.
This charming coastal property benefits from some fantastic sea views, with lots of activity on the water from sailing boats to rib rides and kayaking. This delightful house enjoys its own private glass decked balcony with table and chairs and provides a wonderful place to sit and relax, taking in the fresh salt air watching the boats on the Menai Strait or the sun as it sets. The property is located on a private development with a very open-plan concept and all the communal areas and lawns are well manicured and provide a nice environment for children to play. There is also ample parking in the residents parking bays just outside the property.
Y Felinheli has a colourful Grade II listed marina and has two pubs, a café and a restaurant all within walking distance from the property. There are a number of excellent restaurants nearby enabling you to have superb, memorable meals. The royal and historic town of Caernarfon is only five miles away; its medieval castle is definitely worth a visit and makes for an interesting day out. Within a 15 minute drive you will find the foothills of Eryri (Snowdonia) and from here you can access footpaths to the very summit of Yr Wyddfa (Snowdon). For something a little more relaxing take the Snowdon Mountain Railway in Llanberis, which steadily climbs almost to the doorstep of the stunning Hafod Eryri Visitor Centre or take a walk around Llanberis lake.

Y Felinheli is village resting in North Wales on the beautiful Menai Strait, lying between the city of Bangor and the town of Caernarfon. The village was formerly known as Port Dinorwic and is home to a small yachting marina and an interesting lock allowing access into the Menai Strait and out to sea. There is a local shop, Post Office, pubs, a restaurant and a café. Enjoy visiting the town of Caernarfon to see the historic sites, head to Bangor for a lively atmosphere, and spend days exploring the Isle of Anglesey and the Snowdonia National Park.

As a family of 5 it was well suited to us. Had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. The views are amazing, itâs a great base to explore Anglesey and the Welsh North Coast. Would definitely recommend.
