Enter the single storey bungalow to find a spacious hall, where you can leave boots and coats. Wander on through into the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner, which is bright and airy, with French doors opening on to the garden. A space for all seasons, this is also welcoming in winter when you can light a roaring wood burner. Watch TV or a DVD in here or choose a book or game from the excellent selection. Find the contemporary kitchen with electric range double oven with induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge freezer. A door from the kitchen opens into the garage and utility area, where a handy washing machine and dryer are located.
Find great space here too for storing outdoor equipment. Your bedrooms, one super king size zip and link (which can be made into a twin on request) and one double, and bathrooms are on the same level as the living accommodation. There is a shower room, with WC, as well as a large bathroom, with another WC and a rainforest style shower above the bath. Enjoy the private, enclosed garden on sunny days. Watch the children run about or play croquet on the lawn. Light the BBQ on warm evenings and enjoy the summer house, which is furnished with sofas, as an extra space in which to find some quiet time.
