The Lodge proved a great place for a group stay, surrounded by the magnificent Glanusk estate and we found it a perfect centre for walking, cycling and fishing in the Usk valley and nearby Brecon Beacons. The bird-watching in particular is excellent, with a variety of species spotted without even leaving the comfort of the lounge, let alone on walks through the estate. The owners and estate staff were helpful and welcoming. Would certainly recommend for a group stay.

Surprise 30th birthday for my son. With family members coming from all over ! Fabulous venue. The views are absolutely fantastic and the house is very homely. Lots of dishes, cutlery and loved the little bar. Would recommend in an heartbeat 💓
