Great cottage to explore the local countryside and towns. Lovely to come back to, light the fire and chill after a few busy days. Great kitchen too. We loved the Sheep, Jay and Pheasant walking by in the adjacent field. If you plan on walking into Crickhowel and getting a taxi home, availability is limited and there are no Uber in the area, factor in the walk home too. The only negative for our group that dropped the rating slightly was the busy gathering of people outside the cottage preparing for a shoot on the Saturday, I’m glad we weren’t around for their return.

This is our second visit to the Glanusk Estate and have booked our third for March 2027.It is a beautiful part of the world to enjoy the countryside.The owners are so very welcoming.

Amazing little cottage, everything we needed was there. Views and location were great. The only thing I can say negatively is that we could not get hold of anyone at the office or phone when we needed to speak to someone regarding fishing.
