A very comfortable and clean property and we thoroughly enjoyed our Christmas break here, despite having no mobile signal and no internet!! Perhaps this should be borne in mind when booking.

Perfect holiday cottage for what I was looking for! Absolutely loved having the sheep right outside, spotlessly clean everywhere and really peaceful (other than the occasional noise you’d expect to hear on a working farm) It felt rural with Kites and Ravens right outside, but wasn’t too far to get anywhere. It was much bigger than I was expecting and the enclosed outside area was really handy for my dog. I didn’t get any phone signal in the cottage, but the WiFi was really good so not an issue. Would definitely recommend Orchard Barn!

Lovely cosy cottage in a quiet remote rural setting. The cottage is well equipped. Nicely furnished and decorated. Very comfortable beds,I chose to stay here as it has a downstairs bedroom and bedroom which I needed for my mother who can't manage stairs.
