The Mill has been restored to a high standard and offers a fabulous luxury break in this quiet location with just the sounds of the river and the local wildlife and livestock in the fields, nestled by the stream. You will truly experience a relaxing break. The Mill is situated on the owner’s land in Llandegley which is about 1¾ miles from the lovely village of Pen y Bont which has a local pub.
The Mill comprises a ground floor shower room, utility room, well equipped kitchen and living room. On the first floor is the master bedroom with double bed, free standing bath in the bedroom and en-suite with toilet. To the exterior of the property is a large, enclosed garden which runs alongside the stream with fabulous views of the countryside.
The detached barn conversion is about 15 miles from Builth Wells, so perfect for those attending an event at The Royal Welsh Showground. It is also 12 miles from the Elan Valley, which has some outstanding walks and superb sites to see including the dams and beautiful birds of prey. The spa town of Llandrindod Wells is 7 miles away with an array of shops, restaurants, and the lake is worth a visit. For those wanting to bring their bicycles or simply walk in the beautiful countryside, this is the place to be. After all that walking and cycling return to the property, take a refreshing drink from the wine cooler and relax in the private hot tub.

Really lovely little place, it was clean and tidy. Very quiet nearest shop being 15mins drive away whicj was just perfect for the break i wanted. Lovely hot tub the only down side was lots of flies. If i remove the flies from the break it was as close to perfect as i could want. I would deffo stay again but maybe a cooler time of year

We've stayed in quite a few rental cottages over the years and this is easily one of the best.Lovely house, beautifully finished, a credit to all involved.If you're looking for a quiet, private getaway for two then this is it.The perfect place to switch off, unwind and do absolutely nothing.A glass of wine, hot tub and stargazing - usually all at the same time!Morning coffee outside in the sunshine watching the birds and listening to the babbling brook - it doesn't get better than this.You will not be disappointed.

Beautiful cottage in a great completely private location down a private track with a stream bubbling past and views of rolling hills. Very well equipped, and with a hot tub. I kept it as a surprise for my wife and she loved everything. This is remote and hence immediate local amenities don't exist but most things are available within 20 min drive, I would stay here again.
