Enjoy a meal at The Farmers Arms (1.2 miles) or visit the local shops including a butchers and bakery in the nearby town of Crickhowell. The cottage is also a short drive from Hay-on-Wye, a small market town along the River Wye, famous in the world of literature and home The Hay Festival of Literature & Arts. Several activities surround the location, including; The Brecon Mountain Railway, The National Show Caves of Wales, Craig Y Nos Country Park and South Wales Borderers Museum
