Discover the picturesque Llyn Clywedog Reservoir, about 7.5 miles away, where you can take a boat trip or simply enjoy the many viewpoints along its banks. From here, follow the River Severn into the depths of Hafren Forest (9.5 miles), exploring waterfall trails and scenic paths through tree-lined routes.

Head upstairs to the lounge and relax on the comfortable sofas, watch your favourites on the Smart TV and light the electric wood burner on cooler evenings. There is access to balcony here to catch the glorious evening sunshine resting on the table and chairs. The property has three lovely bedrooms: a king size with en-suite shower room on the first floor, and on the ground floor another king-size with en-suite shower room, and a cosy twin. Completing the layout is a stylish ground-floor bathroom.
