  • With views of the Epynt Mountains this traditional Welsh barn has been converted into a spacious holiday cottage - for holidays with walks and hill trails direct from your door.

  • This is an ideal base for walking, mountain biking, bird watching or just relaxing amidst the beautiful tranquil scenery of the Irfon Valley, an sssi.

  • The Quality Cottages directors and team stayed at Epynt View for the duration of the Royal Welsh Show and can't speak highly enough about the quality of comfort, services and architecture and the impressive attention to detail they experienced. The team highly recommend this Quality Cottage.

    5 bedrooms sleeping a maximum of 10. Master bedroom with Kingsize bed and En-Suite (shower room). 2 Doubles each with Kingsize beds (1 with En-Suite shower room). 1 small Double. All on 1st floor. 1 Twin on lower ground floor.


    Bathroom with full suite and walk-in shower on 1st floor.


    Cloakroom with stylish shower cubicle, washbasin & toilet.
