The properties are ideally situated for enjoying year round holidays and are conveniently situated between the historic market towns of Machynlleth and Dolgellau, both with a good selection of shops, cafés, pubs and restaurants. A superb variety of outdoor pursuits can be enjoyed locally, and many wonderful walks actually start directly from the cottage doorstep. The coast at Aberdyfi and Barmouth make for great summer days out, with their wide expanses of golden sands. Beach 21 miles. Shop, pub and restaurant 1 mile.

This place is an absolute gem. Totally fell in love with it. Watching red kites from the hot tub, listening to the pheasants in the morning, and watching the weather over the hills was amazing. The location is beautiful. Loved walking down the lanes with the dog in the morning and seeing all the countryside animals. The welcome package was really kind and very welcome after the drive there with the kids and dog. Loved the autumnal touches in the house. It felt like a loved home rather than accommodation. The log burner and hot tub are a great addition and were enjoyed to the max after long, wet, walks. The cottage is a fab base to go exploring, everywhere was a 20 min drive whether it be the beach, Bala, local village, waterfalls, and Eryri is in the door step. Only got to do a few bits because of the lovely weather The host Emma was fantastic, very helpful, and friendly. Helped us when we were struggling to find the entrance in the dark. Gem of a place

A lovely, cosy cottage which was just perfect for the 3 of us. We enjoyed its peaceful location and beautiful views. We found it was conveniently positioned for local attractions and we particularly enjoyed our morning out to King Arthur's Labyrinth (perfect for a rainy day!) We would highly recommend this cottage to couples or small / younger families.

Amazing cottage very clean and well spaced out. Cosy and warm great location very peaceful easy to get on to main road to most places nearby. Beds were very comfy and slept well. Thankyou for a great accommodation to stay at
