The local pub is just 2 miles away and you can find plenty of eateries and shops to restock the cupboards, in the market town of Newtown just 3 miles away. Enter into this fabulously refurbished cottage, through the front door and into the hall, where you can kick off your shoes and hang up your coats. Next to the hall is a spacious and bright shower room with a double headed shower and WC. Moving through the property you find that the downstairs level is beautifully opened up, showcasing the beautiful structural design and creating a lovely social space. Finally, you have the master bedroom with a king size bed, chest of drawers and TV to enjoy those relaxing mornings with breakfast in bed. Outside, you have a large enclosed lawned garden with a separate patio area for the hot tub, BBQ and garden dining set. A spacious cabin with fold away bed is also situated in the garden and can be used as a fun kid s den to play games or hang out or as safe bike storage.
