The place was absolutely perfect! well.. apart from the outdoor firebox not working. we were fogotten to be told about it, we found out after we couldn't get it to work and I contacted the host. to be fair, the host did their best to get it all fixed and was very apologetic. but the cabin was stunning and we took advantage of the streamside area instead. the hot tub was a beautiful touch to the place. we would definitely go back. such a nice location for hikes and local supplies. recommend!

Great time spent together as a couple! Very peaceful and beautiful setting! We booked the fire area by the stream on Sunday evening, I would highly recommend doing so! Hot tub was lovely and warm when we arrived and we made the most of it even with the rain! The lodge is very well equipped and has everything we needed. We cooked all meals while there for a long weekend!

Our stay here was wonderful, Jes and Stu were friendly and helpful. Even though theres another cabin right next to us it still felt private. Its a gorgeous location with nice surrounding walks and views. Our only recommendation for anyone else staying here is if youre big on cooking it may be a good idea to bring a couple extra dishes etc as we did end up buying a couple! Wed love to go back at some point as it was a really needed week away at such a beautiful place :)
