Please note: This property has a natural water supply via a borehole.. Nestled in the Neath Valley, Waterfall Country Pods are perfectly positioned for exploring the wonderful surroundings. The nearby forestry offers breath-taking views of the valley, beautiful hiking trails, and glistening waterfalls. So, whether you’re going for a wild dip in the waterfall lakes, exploring caves and gorges, or rock climbing the famous Dinas Rock – there’s plenty to keep you busy! With all this on your doorstep you’ll be wishing you booked a longer break.
If you do have time to pack in some more activities, then South Wales has lots to offer. In less than 30 minutes by car you could be at Bike Park Wales for some mountain biking or Zip World Tower to take on the world’s fastest seated zip! After an activity packed day, you’ll need to refuel – there are plenty of pubs, restaurants and takeaways nearby, some just a short walk from site.
The accommodation itself is a step up from camping! The spacious layout has everything you need with a double bed, en-suite shower room, a seating area that also doubles as additional sleeping for one person, and a well-equipped kitchenette. There’s a TV and Wi-Fi for an extra touch of home comforts. Outside each pod is a parking space, boot box, and a decked balcony. Whilst the accommodation is completely self-contained, there are extra communal facilities should you wish to use them. Communal facilities include a washing up room, recycling area, fire pit and BBQ area. Beach 19 miles. Pub and restaurant ¾ mile.

We had a very comfortable stay, very warm and cosy, but, would have benefited greatly from a toaster, small shelves on each side of the bed for small personal belongings and a small sink in the kitchenette as we were a long way from the washing up facilities.Overall we had a great time and loved being in the pod.

An absolutely beautiful little homebase cabin pod to stay in the autumn/winter and I'm sure would be even better in the spring/summer months. Fresh and clean, in its quirky little dome it's got everything you need.. Little cooker, fridge, TV, WiFi, nice bed, shower, and heating...little seats outside.. Little details everywhere across the property I loved it!! Definitely staying again... Healthy wallking distance from many incredibly epic waterfalls!!I saw some of the most incredible sights of my life!! Be warned the pathways around the waterfalls are not for the feint of heart or unsure of footing... You're better off driving and coming in from another direction...But for those that wanna give a real push into nature, and be properly prepared to tackle anything, this is a fantastic starting block!! It kinda has its own waterfall, beautiful with a bridge that leads up the path to the long walk down the 4 Waterfalls Hepste Valley.What a beautiful sight it was to come home at the end of a long walk into the setting sun to see our pods all illuminated with atmospheric lighting around the site, really made me smile!!10/10
