The house was very clean and comfortable but it’s just where it is on a very mixed estate. The garden was lovely to sit out in and nicely maintained.Could have done with a booklet telling you about the equipment because we losted the electrics and we had to call Mrs Williams and she told us in a text message what to do, we also had a new toaster because that was the cause of us blowing the electrics. As I said lovely place a pity where it was okay

I think as the house is being sold, they hadn’t replaced or updated certain things at the property. So there was no toilet roll no scissors no tea towels, wet towels the bedding was shabby the pillows were old and not much filling in them. The owner was very helpful when we contacted them about the wet towels when we arrived.Plates and cups were dirty. I think the dishwasher doesn’t work very well and they were very few glasses. I think if they’ve got broken, they haven’t been replaced. The place did look as the photo showed but it didn’t show that it was in the middle of an estate with no room on the road for parking and getting into the two parking spaces was difficult because you had to go up the curb and onto gravel, so your car was getting stuck in the gravel.
