Location: Fron Goch has a high south facing aspect overlooking the beautiful Lledr Valley between Betws y Coed and Dolwyddelan. Wonderful walking opportunities and convenient access to the coast and mountains of Snowdonia. On the same site as the property West Wing.
Accommodation: Two bedrooms (ground floor twin, the other is up steep stairs and in the eaves), ground floor bathroom with corner bath and separate walk-in shower, spacious kitchen-lounge-diner, open to a double storey height to show the original A-frame beams and with a multi fuel stove that creates a cosy living space.
Facilities include dishwasher, microwave, freezer, DVD and garden furniture. Access to utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. There are ponds on the site, so small children need to be supervised. Bedlinen is supplied, electricity & fuel are included in the tariff. There is a seasonal supplement of £25 per week. This property is no smoking has a Friday changeover.
