This charming, semi-detached property has been renovated to a high standard to retain many original features including lime washed stone walls and a wealth of beams and trusses. The accommodation features a modern, well-equipped kitchen, delightful master bedroom, and a pretty garden that offers lovely views over the surrounding farmland and mountains beyond. Six miles away at the head of the beautiful Conwy Valley is Betws-y-Coed - translated as 'sanctuary in the wood' - which is one of the most popular resort towns in Wales. This area is a haven for walkers and mountain bikers due to the excellent scenery, cascading waterfalls, pretty river pools and ancient bridges.

Well off the beaten track, this peaceful hilltop farm retreat hosted by the lovely Marion & Trefor is a gem! Very well equipped comfortable accommodation which was beautifully maintained and decorated. Lovely super cool breeze during the recent heatwave! Hot tub provided, outdoor seating and animals aplenty! Bobby the friendly springer, Judy the black & white cat (super sprightly old lady) A couple of inquisitive chickens visited and a few sheep too! Just after our arrival we had a mishap with the fridge door bottom tray breaking and smashing our two bottles of chilled wine ..... Marion was a superstar and came to our rescue by cleaning up our sorry mess! Thank you Marion, we owe you! The fridge could also do with some shelves if possible? All in all very clean except for the oven! (Ex military - nuff said) & Flies! Well it is a working farm so no worries! We would highly recommend Y Bwythyn and be delighted to stay again xx

Was really lovely unfortunately bed upstairs was very small so had trouble sleeping otherwise would have been comfy if a bit bigger

Lovely and quiet, slept like a log at night and the friendly dog and cat were a bonus hit! Never tried a hot tub before but took the plunge and it was great. Would go back!
