Enclosed, lawned garden with sitting-out area and garden furniture. Private parking for 1 car. No smoking.. The cottage is a two-bedroom spacious property. There’s a kitchen/dining room which is fully equipped with everything you’ll need for your stay. A cosy living room with a warming wood burner for those chillier evenings, and another seating area in the conservatory with a comfy sofa, that looks out onto the garden, a great space to relax in no matter the weather.
Dolwyddelan is a charming village right in the heart of Snowdonia, and a short stroll from the cottage you’ll find the village shop which sells all the essentials you’ll need. A real walker’s paradise with some spectacular routes right on the doorstep to enjoy; Moel Siabod stands just North of Dolwyddelan and many Mount Snowdon routes are also only a short drive from the cottage. The village is nestled between Betws Y Coed and Blaenau Ffestiniog which is home to Zip World. In Betws Y Coed only 6 miles distance, there’s golfing to enjoy, fishing and plenty of independent shops to peruse.
Nearby you’ll also find world renowned bike trails, and areas where you can enjoy the ever-popular kayaking and paddle boarding from. Further down the coast is Conwy with many historical sights, from a unesco Castle to an Elizabethan Manor, there’s also a charming harbour which is home to Britain’s smallest House. There really is something for everyone in this fabulous region. Beach 18 miles.

Lovely comfortable cottage, good views with everything we needed. Steep stairs to the entrance and tight parking but otherwise 5 stars. Fab walks from the cottage and a friendly pub nearby. Great location for exploring Snowdonia and the north wales coast.

This cottage was a perfect base for exploring the great outdoors in beautiful North Wales. Very cosy with everything you could possibly need, a real home away from home. Beds were ridiculously comfy, I usually struggle a little in beds that aren’t my own but this one was perfect! The host has very detailed info folders, one about the cottage and another about activities and walks in the area. Well worth a read through when you first arrive. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.
