Good value of money and location perfect for us with amazing views. Cottage needs good deep cleaning. We found stained plates, cutlery, leftover oils, flour and spices in a very dirty cupboard. I emptied it all and gave good clean so we could put our groceries in.Fridge was small for a family of 4. Freezer very tiny for family. There is no space to keep your groceries but we managed well.Beds were very good and bathroom was pleasant. Nice place to stay for few days and perhaps two people. Our family of four stayed for a week and enjoyed it, however dishwasher or washing machine would be lovely as we did lots of hiking and struggled with cooking and washing after due to limited kitchen space. Ready meals would do then saves you lots of time and washing after.

Excellent location away from the main honeypot villages but close enough for convenience and central for key walking areas in the region. Nice walks from the door too. Railway station giving car-free access to stations between Llandudno and Blenau Ffestiniog. Village pub is friendly and serves good food.Cottages is clean, quiet and comfortable, all necessities pprovidedfor (though if laundry is needed nearest launderette is Llanrwst about 10 miles away). Owner and cleaner friendly and helpful too should any issues arise (we locked ourselves out once!)
