The private gardens and spectacular views allow ample space for guests to relax and unwind. There are excellent restaurants nearby offering a wide selection from bar meals to haute cuisine.  The hills, forests and mountains above the village provide an abundance of walking and mountain biking and the opportunity to explore and observe the wildlife.  Just a short drive to the coast at Llandudno. This property can be combined with Sunflower Cottage (self-contained wing of the Rectory, also available to rent) to provide accommodation for up to twelve people.

Accommodation: The entrance hall leads to a large fully equipped family lounge-kitchen with full media system serving all bedrooms and bathroom and 42inch plasma TV, separate dining room. Upstairs leads to four individually designed double bedrooms, one with a full en-suite & one part en-suite (WC & basin). All bedrooms can be configured as either super king or twins (please state your needs at time of booking on the booking form). In addition there is a family size spa bathroom, wet-room and separate cloakroom.

Facilities include full central heating, dishwasher, and fridge freezer, CD/Hi Fi, DVD player. A range of garden furniture is supplied. All linen, towels, electricity, central heating included in the tariff.

This property has a Friday changeover and is a no smoking property.

 A £200 Damage Bond is required for all bookings payable at time of balance.
