It is accessed via a metal external staircase but is all on one level. The property has a coastal theme, and stunning estuary views from the living room picture window. The open-plan living room has three-seater and two-seater sofas from which to admire the views or watch the TV. The area is flooded with natural light from the patio doors leading to the decked area. The contemporary kitchen has everything the cook will need to prepare delicious meals. There are two bright and spacious bedrooms: a super-king-size with a TV and a king-size with an en-suite shower room. Adjacent to the super-king-size, there is a second shower room. Aberdyfi is a lovely seaside town that offers water sports, including paddleboarding or water skiing, and a golf course in the sand dunes if you fancy playing a round. Tywyn Beach (8 miles) is a great bucket and spade or surfing option, and you may even spot some dolphins from the promenade. Walkers will love the area with access to the Wales Coastal Path or the hike to Dolgoch Falls, 12 miles away. If you are fond of birds of prey, then you must-visit the nearby Dyfi Osprey Project (11 miles).
