Guests say

Pentref is a well-received holiday rental with stunning views and a peaceful location. Guests appreciate the spacious, homely feel and the property's cleanliness. The scenic walks and proximity to Aberdovey beach are highlights, though some note the challenging return walk. While the views are consistently praised, there are mentions of maintenance issues and a lack of Wi-Fi.

The property is generally described as clean and well-maintained, with several guests noting its spotless condition. However, one review mentioned finding dirty towels and a half-drunk bottle, which suggests occasional oversights.

The location is highly praised for its stunning views, peaceful setting, and proximity to local attractions. The challenging walk back from the beach is noted, but the location's beauty and tranquillity are major positives.

Guests find the property comfortable, with ample space and cosy furnishings. The beds and seating are mentioned as comfortable, contributing to a restful experience, although a few guests found the mattresses too soft.

The property is well-equipped, but several reviews mention maintenance issues such as shower pressure problems and the need for refurbishment. The lack of Wi-Fi is a drawback for some guests.

There is insufficient information to assess thoughtfulness as there are no specific mentions of gifts or special touches provided by the hosts. Therefore, this score is set to null.

Very well equipped for families with any age children. The decking very large and not overlooked by any other unit, perspex on the rails stops the majority of the wind. Absolutely amazing views that the photographs do not do justice Lovely quiet location with less than a dozen cars a day passing in front and loads of scenic walks available locally.

Large patio with great furniture and so peaceful. Although the feel is back dated it is well equipped with all you need. Sarah and John were amazing to communicate with and even helped us parcel our suitcase back we left. Could not have asked for more from them. The beds are firm mattresses which is not to my personal taste but that's a difficult one to get right for everybody. I would stay again, such an amazing location. Thank you
