Located on a small and private holiday park on the Snowdonia coast, it is also less than a mile to a village pub, shop and restaurant in Tal-y-bont, central to Barmouth (4 miles) and Harlech (7 miles). This is the place to relax and to discover the beauty of North Wales.
Ground Floor
The open plan living area is a light and airy space with views towards Cardigan Bay and oak hardwood floors with underfloor heating throughout.
Lounge area - comfortable seating around a large TV and a stone fireplace with simulated burning fire with smoke. French doors leading out to an enclosed, scenic terrace.
Kitchen - fully fitted kitchen along the rear wall of the living area, including a hob and oven, microwave, built in fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Dining table for two.
Bedroom - also with views of Cardigan Bay, the ensuite double bedroom also features a wall-mounted TV and built in wardrobes. Ensuite with a shower, toilet and washbasin.
Garden
Large and enclosed terrace area and small lawns - ideal for pets. Tables and chairs to make the most of the views whilst enjoying an alfresco meal or relaxing with a good book and coffee.
