On the first floor is the magnificent panorama suite, a double bedroom with an en-suite and balcony with stunning views of the surrounding landscape. Walking, golf and cycling can be found locally. There is a long lane leading to the property which is quite narrow in places. All drivers should take care, particularly owners of wide vehicles such as 4 wheel drives. The lane is very narrow, very wide vehicles over 1.85 metres wide such as large 4 wheel drives may have difficulty getting through. Bring your smallest vehicle to ensure a speedy access. The garden has dry stone walls, these could be dangerous if climbed on.

This is an excellent cottage, with stunning views, in the perfect location for exploring local hills. It’s a steep climb back up from Barmouth if you’ve just popped down for bit of shopping but, provided you’re able, it’ll keep you fit. The track up is narrow and with stone walls either side and this might be tricky with some cars but is no problem for a Fiat 500!

Lle hyfryd dros ben.Caefadog Fach is a beautiful property in a beautiful location. It was very comfortable, very quiet. We appreciated owner, Eryl’s, information beforehand regarding the approach to the property. We hope to return to Caefadog Fach in the future.

A beautiful cottage well equipped and the views are amazing. You can relax or go on some excellent walks. As mentioned in the property details a narrow lane leads to the cottage, we have a Peugeot 3008 not exactly a small car and we managed to navigate the lane with no problem.
