About this property
Flat 1 Greenfields is a well-presented apartment in the heart of Barmouth, Gwynedd. Perfectly placed for families and friends looking to enjoy the North Wales coast and the striking landscapes of Eryri National Park (Snowdonia), just a short stroll from the beach, this pet-friendly retreat pairs a central location with inviting interiors and a handy games room, making it an excellent base for days by the sea and adventures further afield. Arrive in Barmouth and pull into one of the property's parking spaces, take a short stroll from the train station or park in the public car park opposite before making your way into the building.
Stepping through the communal hallway and into the apartment, you're welcomed by high ceilings and a light-filled open-plan living space dressed in calming green tones. The bay window draws the eye immediately, offering a front-row seat to the rhythm of the town as people pass by below. Settle onto the generous corner sofa with a favourite film playing on the Smart TV, or gather around the dining table for a leisurely breakfast while planning the day's adventures. The kitchen has everything needed for self-catered stays, with wooden worktops creating a characterful setting for preparing picnics for the beach, brewing a morning coffee, or cooking an evening meal after a day exploring the coast.
A washer/dryer makes it easy to freshen up sandy towels and walking gear ready for the next outing. When it's time to unwind, the first double bedroom offers a cushy place to retire for the evening. The family bathroom, complete with a bath, invites long soaks after coastal walks and mountain rambles. Venture downstairs to the lower-ground-floor double bedroom, where soft green décor, hanging space and a dressing table create a welcoming retreat. Nearby, the shower room features a rainfall shower, ideal for starting the day feeling refreshed before heading out to explore. For a little extra entertainment, spend some time in the games room challenging friends and family before stepping outside to discover everything Barmouth has to offer.
