This modern 2 bedroom, 6 berth static caravan is sited within view of the beautiful Welsh countryside, whilst just minutes from both the beach and the amenities of the site. This beautifully furnished caravan has double glazing, central heating, gas fire, large fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and free sat TV. The master bedroom is of really generous proportions with king king-size mattress, en-suite toilet, dressing table and full-size wardrobes. There is an additional twin room as well as a pull-out sofa bed in the lounge. Duvets and pillows are provided, but please bring your own bed linen and towels. Decking is complete with outdoor furniture installed to give you plenty of additional outdoor space in which to relax.

Free welcome pack on arrival to get you settled in quicker, together with cleaning essentials and tea towel, oven glove and toilet rolls.

Well-behaved dogs are allowed with a pet supplement of £30.00 per dog per week. Please note dogs are not allowed in the bedrooms, and they are not allowed to be left alone in the caravan for welfare reasons. No exceptions; otherwise, you will lose your deposit, or worse still, you will risk intervention by site management.

The caravan is professionally cleaned in between lettings, with cleaning and washing up supplies left in situ for your use throughout your stay.

The site itself is a friendly, family-run site with superb amenities, including a clubhouse, fish and chip shop, general store, arcade and heated indoor swimming pool. The nearby seafront and beach are absolutely stunning.

To use the various site facilities, such as the swimming pool and so on, you can buy optional passes for you and your family. These fees are set by the park themselves and will need to be purchased on arrival at the site office. We have been advised that they are as follows:

On-peak, £15 per adult and £12 per child

Off-peak, £12 per adult and £10 per child

On-peak, family up to 6, £70

Off-peak, family up to 6, £60

Check-in from 4pm. Check-out is at 10am.

The key will be located in a coded lockbox next to the caravan. A code will be provided for this and another one for the electric barriers.

When booking through us or via the online booking system, please note that a non-refundable deposit of £50.00 is required to secure the holiday, which will come off your bill when you pay the remaining balance, which is due 8 weeks before arriving.

A £75.00 security bond will be added to your invoice at the point of purchase, which is refunded after satisfactory inspection of the caravan, usually within 5 working days of departure. Please ensure that you have adequate holiday insurance in place, as refunds will not be given in the case of cancellation within the 8-week period.

To ensure the refund of your £75 bond, please make sure that everything is left in good order with no damage and that the key is returned to the coded lockbox where you collected it from. We very much hope that you will be pleased with the caravan on arrival, but if there is anything of concern, please make us aware of this at the soonest opportunity.

One of the most picturesque resorts on the Welsh coast, Barmouth is surrounded by the unrivalled splendour of the Snowdonia National Park. This traditional seaside town boasts an enormous sandy Blue Flag beach, perfect for families. A variety of shops, pubs and restaurants combined with the mild climate, make this an ideal destination for a holiday, even out of season. A paradise for walkers, climbers and cyclists, Mount Cader Idris is nearby. An abundance of wildlife along the Mawddach Estuary, trout fishing in mountain lakes, Harlech Castle, St David’s golf course and Portmeirion Italianate Village are just a handful of the many superb attractions within easy reach of this lovely spot.
