As well as being outstandingly beautiful, the surrounding landscape of the Snowdonia National Park offers a wonderful range of outdoor activities and attractions including superb walking, fabulous golden sandy beaches, impressive castles and nostalgic steam train trips. Harlech, with its magnificent castle and championship golf course, is just 9 miles away. Shops, pubs and restaurants 1 mile.

A totally perfect cottage for one or two people.Not just well-equipped but everything seemed new. Wonderful decor, the bed and bed linen were luxurious, lots of mirrors and light.The hosts were next door: nothing was too much trouble. The view of the sea was stunning from both the bedroom and lounge. I liked the separate dining room with the balcony. It is quite roomy - the entire upstairs is a bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe. There are two large screen TVs - it is easy to just lounge around doing absolutely nothing (especially if there is a gale outside - cottage is warm, cosy with no drafts). Tiny details were covered, especially in the kitchen and bathroom.It was spotless - I had no idea that there were previous visitors who had brought their dogs until I read the visitor book!And an easy walk down to the town and station.
