The lodge was lovely a proper home from home with all the facilities you need. We did not use the hot fun as the weather wasn't warm enough for us, but everyday it was checked by site ranger to ensure it was clean etc.

Accomodation homely and modern. Location is perfectly situated for Snowdonia and Anglesey to name but two areas. Surrounded by lovely trees, with bats flying at dusk every night. The little river babbles away and is lovely to swim in, in relative safety (using caution though/adult supervision etc.). Restaurant is lovely, both look and food. The site could just do with a little shop selling basics; maybe locally sourced goods. Happy always to pay for convenience. That said, there is a little Tesco within about a ten minute walk from the site (if accessed by the rear gate). Will book again soon!
