The property is just 9 miles from both Abermaw beach at Barmouth, and beaches at Fairbourne. The lovely old town of Dolgellau is a 5 min/1.5 mile drive away and features independent stores, a bakery and great bars, restaurants and pubs. Nearby is Coed Y Brenin Bike and Walking Trail Centre, The Mawddach Estuary Trail an old railway track for level biking and walking, also The Precipice Walk. Further afield; Zip World Slate Cavernand other attractions, King Arthurs Labyrinth, Harlech Castle, Criccieth Castle, Bala Lake, Portmeirion.
