The views of the forest and river were lovely at the front of the home. All rooms were very clean, and the beds were very comfortable. I would highly recommend this to friends and family, and would very much consider staying again.

The views are amazing the river at the bottom of the garden is lovely it's very easy to feel at home in the house and we have already booked for next year

The mattress was hard and thin and the bottom half of the divan has collapsed, offering no support. The bed in the 1st floor bedroom with the sink has another very thin, very hard mattress and broken slats. The kitchen scissors were broken and had been taped back together rather than replaced. One of the shower heads had also been taped up rather than replaced. The shower in the master bedroom needed a new washer as water was running out the back of the head and the shower in the ensuite of the middle bedroom of the 1st floor never actually got warm. All this is a shame as the house was beautiful, full of arts and crafts details and very spacious. A little maintenance and two new beds would have made it a really enjoyable stay.
