This very pleasant, detached former farmhouse near Dolgellau stands on the northern slopes of Cadair Idris a mile or so west of the town, with mountain views.

In a marvellous location for walkers, the detached property is also close by to the market town of Dolgellau and within easy reach of the coast and world-renowned mountain biking facilities at Coed-y-Brenin.
