Magnificent sandy beaches and sand dunes are within easy reach and just less than a mile away is the famous Royal St. David's Golf Club, one of the finest links courses, while the whole of the Snowdonia National Park is just waiting to be explored. Barmouth, Porthmadog, and the world-famous Italianate village and gardens of Portmeirion are all within easy access and well worth a visit.
