This well appointed apartment is situated within the owner`s large country property. They take great pride in ensuring you have an enjoyable stay and provide a welcoming selection of home made and local produce on your arrival.
There are two bedrooms, both furnished with your comfort in mind to ensure a restful night`s sleep. The accommodation also includes a quality shower room; a utility room with washing machine and dishwasher; and a modern fitted kitchen with dining area and lounge in open plan form, which is perfect for everyone to gather and chat about the days activities.
There is certainly plenty of exploring to do in this region including, nearby, miles of idyllic coastline, picture perfect beaches and dunes, cycle routes and woodland/country/moorland walks, so you will be spoilt for choice. Just down the road you will find the village of Harlech with its shops, cafes, leisure centre, golf course and the imposing unesco world heritage site, Harlech Castle. Bustling Barmouth is also only a short distance away and has many eating, shopping and recreational facilities. Enjoy the beach and dunes, take a walk along the promenade or indulge in some fish and chips. An iconic feature of the town is Barmouth Bridge, a 150-year-old railway viaduct across the Mawddach Estuary. It is half a mile in length and has access suitable for pedestrians and cyclists. Nantcol waterfalls are just 2 miles away from the apartment towards the Rhinog mountains and offer a perfect place for a family picnic by the stream.
All in all, a fantastic location to explore this area of the Snowdonia National Park.

Spotless accommodation in a great location. The rental was as advertised with a lovely host. It is in a small village minutes from Harlech and Barmouth with lots of walking/beach activities available. Recommended.

Stayed here 4th August for 5 nights.Perfect location, 2 mins from Shell Island in the car.Cottage was perfect. Clean, everything you could possibly need for our stay was available.Met both Linda & Mark, lovely people.We had warm homebaked bread left for us (delicious), home made jam which the grandchildren loved, and little gifts left for the children. Great walks up the lane with little streams.Perfect stay, highly recommend

Where to start, as a family we stay in a number of rentals per year and many of them are simply a base to go off and explore with no real personality or charm. Linda and Mark's feels like a home, there are several little touches that you dont get in many holiday rentals from the personal welcome, to the amazing 'Linda's loaf', a fresh baked loaf of bread with Welsh butter and home made preserves which was still warm on arrival. Linda took the time to ask about our children and bought snacks that they would like, she set up the tv so netflix had a kids profile and she took the time to speak to them. The space itself is comfy with a lovely garden to watch the birds, internet was fast and reliable, the kitchen was well stocked and the conservatory with its recliners was a great place to relax. The location is good for visits to Harlech and Barmouth and there are two beaches (Llandanwg and Harlech) within a 10 minute drive. Llanbedr itself has 3 restaurants and a small convenience store. I could go on more but I really cant speak highly enough of this property and we're already looking at dates where we may be able to visit again.
