Guests say

This summary has been generated using feedback from guests who have stayed at this property

Guests appreciate the cottage's cleanliness, spaciousness, and proximity to beaches and local amenities. The well-equipped kitchen and efficient heating system are highlights, though some maintenance issues and cleanliness lapses in the kitchen have been noted. The property's quiet location and comfortable beds are commended, but suggestions for improvements include better information provision and minor additions to enhance convenience.

Cleanliness

The property is generally praised for its cleanliness, with specific mention of a clean house and good general standard. However, there are reports of mouldy food, greasy cookware, and an oven that requires cleaning, which slightly detract from the overall cleanliness score.

Location

The location is well-regarded due to its quiet setting, proximity to beaches, and good transport links to Cardiff. The convenience to the seafront, train station, and shopping centre is a positive aspect. Parking restrictions are a minor concern.

Comfort

Comfort is highlighted with mentions of a well-laid-out house, comfortable beds, and efficient central heating. A suggestion for a shower screen and a note about a faulty electric socket indicate room for improvement.

Facilities

Facilities are generally good, with a well-equipped kitchen and efficient heating. However, maintenance issues like a leaky conservatory roof, a bath tap prone to coming off, and the need for cleaner kitchenware affect the score. The lack of waste information and difficulty contacting the property manager are also noted.
