Guests say

27 Green Road is a well-regarded cottage in North Wales, praised for its cosy atmosphere, convenient location, and welcoming host. Guests appreciate the property's proximity to local walks, pubs, and attractions. The cottage is described as clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it a popular choice for both short and extended stays.

Most guests found the cottage to be clean and comfortable. However, there was an isolated report of uncleanliness, which seems to be an exception rather than the norm. The majority of reviews do not raise concerns about cleanliness, suggesting that the property is generally well-maintained.

The cottage's location is highly praised for its easy access to local walks, pubs, and attractions. It is described as peaceful with lovely countryside, making it an ideal base for exploring North Wales, Chester, and Liverpool. The proximity to country parks and scenic views adds to its appeal.

Guests consistently describe the cottage as cosy and comfortable, with a homely feel. The property is spacious enough for families and their pets. A few guests mentioned that the bed could be improved, but overall, the comfort level is rated highly.

The cottage is equipped with amenities such as a washing machine, smart TV, and excellent WiFi. Some guests suggested that the kitchen could be better stocked with cutlery and plates, and there were minor maintenance issues mentioned. Despite this, the facilities generally meet guests' needs.

While guests have mentioned thoughtful touches like a welcome pack and the provision of essentials, there is not enough information to determine if such gestures are consistent across all stays. Therefore, it cannot be guaranteed that future guests will receive the same level of thoughtfulness.

Beautiful! Looked lovely. The microwave stopped working on the last day. At one point the shower was leaking over the sofa! In the kitchen, could do with a couple more baking trays A wooden or plastic chopping board for your veg! A knife sharpener as I felt they were blunt! Overall would be very happy to return next year, still lots more to explore. Even the local walks, the dogs were very happy. Thank you.

Great to have an air fryer and slow cooker. The shower wasn’t that powerful, maybe we are spoilt having a power shower at home. We had a problem with the dishwasher on the last couple of days and informed the owner who said he would get it sorted. The cottage is in an ideal place for visiting further into Wales. We visited the Pontcysyllte Aquaduct, Chester Zoo and also Oswestry Iron Sculpture Park. Plenty of walks around the area. Would certainly consider coming back.
