Enter the property via a wooden ramp, ideal for wheelchair access, and discover a bright and spacious open-plan living area with lovely wooden flooring and sage green walls bringing a feel of the outdoors inside. There is a cosy woodburning stove to warm up the space and relax in front of on the sofa, while enjoying a family movie night or board game or enjoy some quiet time and curl up with a good book. The house is set in a one acre of secluded private garden, with no neighbours in a beautiful valley, surrounded by woodland and open farmland. Expect to see Badgers, foxes, owls, buzzards visiting the garden and surrounding countryside. The village of Brymbo can be found just five miles from the centre of Wrexham, North Wales, where you’ll find a variety of shops, pubs and restaurants. Historically, the village dates back to the Bronze Age, with evidence having been uncovered at a burial site in 1958, alongside a flint knife and an earthenware beaker and the remains of a man they named 'Brymbo Man'. While historical buildings are in short supply in this village, there are a few which are of industrial archaeological interest. This attractive town makes an inspiring choice from which to further explore the surrounding regions of Cheshire and Wales.
