Guests have praised Cook's Flat for its tranquility, beautiful surroundings, and homely atmosphere. The estate's amenities, including a games room and Victorian kitchen, add to the charm. The location is ideal for exploring North Wales and Chester. While some minor maintenance issues were noted, the overall experience is highly regarded.

Most guests found the apartment clean and spotless, with only a few mentioning the need for a deeper clean in corners and the discovery of an item under the curtains. Bedding and towels were consistently described as clean.

The location is highly praised for its peacefulness, proximity to Wrexham, Chester, and North Wales attractions. The estate's rural charm and the presence of Highland Cattle were particularly appreciated.

The majority of guests found the flat to be comfortable, homely, and well-furnished. The comfy bed was a highlight, although one review mentioned an uncomfortable settee.

Facilities like the games room, Victorian kitchen, and picnic areas were well-received. However, some guests noted issues with WiFi, bathroom odours, and a lack of small amenities. The games room was also described as outdated by one guest.

Guests were delighted with welcome gifts such as wine and biscuits, which added a thoughtful touch to their stay. However, it should be noted that such gifts, while appreciated, are not guaranteed for every visit.

The propery was very quiet as it was set back a long way from the main road, which was ideal for us

What a treat to stay on a private estate surrounded by beautiful acreage and opportunity for walks on the property. The Victorian Kitchen and Games Room were also a unique feature. Many thanks to the hosts for the welcome gifts and kind hospitality. I would gladly stay again the next time I'm in the area.
