Continue your idyllic strolls along the River Dee up towards Thomas Telford’s incredible Pontcysyllte Aqueduct, there is even the option to take a cruise and soak up the sights and you sit back and relax. Venture to Chirk, a town offering a range of fantastic amenities, including an array of shops and eateries; the town is also home to the Chirk Aqueduct, where you can embark on leisurely strolls along the canal, as well as the renowned Chirk Castle, where you can enjoy tours around the fortress before exploring its stunning parkland.
