This summary has been generated using feedback from guests who have stayed at this property

Harrison's Cottage in Wrexham is highly praised for its stunning location, cleanliness, and the friendliness of the staff. Guests appreciate the thoughtful touches like fresh fruit and flowers, and the on-site cafe is a hit for its excellent food. While Wi-Fi connectivity is an issue, the charm of the cottage and its surroundings, along with great fishing opportunities, make for a delightful stay.

Cleanliness

Guests consistently mention the cottage's cleanliness, noting it is very clean with fresh towels and comfortable surroundings. The attention to detail in maintaining the property is also commended.

Location

The location is frequently described as brilliant, with great views and a quiet setting. It serves as a great base for exploring North Wales and Snowdonia, and the proximity to fishing lakes and forest walks adds to its appeal.

Comfort

The cottage is often referred to as comfortable and cosy, with comfortable beds and a warm atmosphere. However, some guests mention issues with the shower and Wi-Fi, which slightly impacts the comfort score.

Facilities

Facilities are generally well-received, with a well-equipped kitchen and the bonus of an on-site cafe. However, there are comments about the Wi-Fi being poor and the shower needing improvement, indicating room for enhancement in facilities and maintenance.

Thoughtfulness

Guests are delighted by the generous welcome pack and the presence of a Christmas tree during the festive season. While these gestures are highly appreciated, it is important to note that such personal touches, although common, are not guaranteed.
