    On the edge of the Cotswolds, not too far from Oxford, you'll find the pretty market town of Chipping Norton. Like much of the Cotswolds this is a picturesque and relaxing place to stay; ideal for a cottage holiday.

    There has been a market in this town since the 13th century and if you're there on a Wednesday don't miss the weekly stalls where you can find all manner of goodies. In the spring and summer, you can visit the intriguing independent museum which is run by the Local History Society. Obviously, with the Cotswolds at your feet, there is plenty of countryside to explore and various walks to enjoy. Don't miss the excellent fish and chips either.

      Could not recommend this beautiful cottage enough, exceptionally clean and had everything we needed. Location is perfect, a very short drive to chipping Norton where there are plenty of shops and we found it was a short distance to other attractions we wanted to visit one being Bleinham palace light trail which we would also recommend. The cottage is set on a farm, was great seeing the cows and horses walking by over the fields and there is a footpath right outside the door. we absolutely love the log burner and couldn’t wait to get back and sit by the fire every night. Would 100% recommend and will return whenever we next come to the Cotswolds. Thanks for a great stay.

      We had a wonderful stay at Alysas Cottage. Beautiful surroundings and beautiful Cottage. Felt like home ! We loved our evening walks spotting rabbits, birds, and foxes. The Cotswold farm park was a lovely day out seeing all the rare breed animals, and great for kids to play. Beautiful villages close by, we enjoyed Bourton on the Water + Broadway. The Blue Boar in Chipping Norton great food 🙂 We enjoyed a lovely 4 days break here and will return as our 8 year old son did'nt want to go home! Thank you 🙂
