What our customers say about their holidays

This is a very comfortable modern utilitarian apartment.
Very well equipted. Good cooker and a range of pans for cooking. Comfortable beds with lovely smooth cotton sheets and duvet covers. Very spacious. Only minor problem was the fridge behind the kitchen door. If someone opened the kitchen door whilst the fridge freezer door was open the doors blocked each other. Otherwise the kitchen is excellent. Good washing machine, iron and ironing board and space to air washed clothes. The town house is within easy walking distance of the town centre which has many interesting shops and restaurants. The owner is easy to contact if you have any needs. We had a lovely stay. My husband needed time to relax between his chemotherapy sessions. He has days when he feels tired so this was a wonderful opportunity for him to stay in a relaxing environment that was very clean. On his better days it was easy to access local National Trust Historical sites by car. I would also recommend the Brookes Sri Lankan restaurant. Within walking distance if you want to have a drink. Thank you Andy for a wonderful stay.

Very lovely cottage in the heart of Haworth.
It felt like it has been recently decorated. Nice welcome pack of milk, cake, Prosecco and crisps. Bedroom is very comfortable and nicely sized. The bathroom has a lovely view down the valley. The kitchen is down a couple of steps into what feels like a converted outbuilding. Small in size but all the facilities needed. I even saw a passer by taking a picture of the pink front door. Very instagramable. We are planning to return later in the year. Not a negative, just an observation: No mirror in bedroom to style hair (hairdryer is in the bottom of the clock). There was no airer under the bed as stated in the arrival instructions. The parking opposite is no longer available, double yellow lines now. Could not find a vacuum cleaner. No fire start kit (maybe as it was August). A couple of egg cups would have been nice and there were no wine glasses that we could find. This could all be because it has recently been refreshed and items just not been put back in yet.

The games room, sky tv, WiFi and hot tub were great facilities for our 4 teenage boys and exceeded expectations.
The house was spacious and well equipped and it was a great base for discovering the surrounding areas. There was a lovely welcome gift of Prosecco on ice and a cake which was very much appreciated. We had an issue with the washing machine while we were there but the owner dealt with this promptly and it was fixed within 24hours. Communication with the owner before and during our stay was excellent. The were a few items that wouldâve been helpful in the kitchen (colander for draining pasta, fish slice for frying pan, glass Prosecco glasses etc) and direct access to the garden from the street wouldâve been helpful when bringing home a muddy dog after a long walk. The double bed in the triple room with en-suite was very uncomfortable but manageable for a week. Overall, this house worked very well for us as a family of 6 with a dog and we would definitely consider staying again.

Just got back from a weekend here celebrating mine and my sisters 30th with family.
Our stay was absolutely fantastic cannot fault anything at all. The house and views are stunning and is the perfect set up for a large group. The hot tub was amazing and everything was so clean! The host Sharon went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Knowing it was mine and my sisters 30th Sharon left the table laid out beautifully with prosecco and cupcakes that she had even decorated with peas in a pod because we are twins! So thoughtful and stayed in touch to ensure we had no problems and were having a good time. Finally, we were able to check out late on Sunday as no one was staying in the house until the following weekend. So we took our time and were able to have one last dip in the hot tub without having to rush off. This was a wonderful end to the weekend. We are already thinking about when we can come again!

Just returned home after an absolutely fantastic long weekend break away with friends at Pinnacle View.
Correspondence with the owner prior to arriving was super-friendly and very welcoming. Sharon had also provided some lovely chocolate cupcakes and a bottle of Cava, as well as setting the table ready for our arrival. The house itself is beautiful - a stone-clad, four storey building with a great view of the hillside and ridge. The bedrooms were comfy and facilities were good. We enjoyed using the hot tub as well. We visited nearby Ilkley to do some shopping, and on the Saturday night went for a meal at The Emmott Arms in Coyne - which we would thoroughly recommend. Some of us climbed up to the top of the ridge, which was a bracing 50 minute walk up to the top with lovely views when you got there. We've had a very relaxing weekend. Thank you Sharon for a fab stay. We would recommend this property to other larger groups.
