This should have been a great holiday cottage, but the owners weren’t contactable. The hot tub was dirty when we arrived, and had a broken lid, so couldn’t be used (one of the main reasons we booked). The outside seating couldn’t be used as was soaking wet. There were lots of issues, which was such a shame, as I’m sure they could have been easily rectified. The lounge and kitchen diner are lovely, well equipped, and the welcome pack was a nice touch.

Very friendly owners and a great base for exploring the North Devon coastline. Lots of places only a 15-20 minute drive - Bideford, Instow, Appledore, Westward-Ho! etc. Hot tub was excellent and the house was very clean and comfortable.
