We were sharing with friends who, like us, had children under 5. We had two families in the property and never felt cramped. We liked the location, as our little ones don't like walking very far it meant we were close enough to drive to all places, such as Blackpool Sands and Dartmouth. The property was very well maintained and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend and the value for money was good. Very clean, good sized bathrooms, kitchen and lounge. We also ate outside which did work well for us. As did the hot tub!

What a fantastic few days we had staying at Topaz. IT is a great property with almost everything you could want. Wonderful fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and the hot tub! Walking distance to lovely Stoke Fleming and a short drive to Blackpool Sands beach, which we loved. The weather was amazing and the house has a lovely garden where you can sit out in the evening sun and enjoy delicious BBQs. The welcome hamper was much appreciated and we would definitely love to visit again! Thank you!

Loved the stay! We had a family holiday here and we all commented on how amazing the place was. All bedrooms were very spacious with lots of toilets/bathrooms. Views were incredible, hot tub on for the whole duration of our stay, had everything we needed. Gorgeous coastal walks east and west of the village and £10 taxis into Dartmouth. A really lovely cottage. Beware there are a LOT of stairs in it as it’s over 4 floors. My dad struggled a bit with that. Location is a little remote and so be advised that you will need to drive everywhere as no amenities in the village aside from a small shop. Sea views are amazing and it certainly has everything you need and probably more.

The property is beautifully fitted out and fabulous views to the sea from the bedrooms. The lovely welcome pack was much appreciated. Blackpool sands was a great beach although shingle was a challenge for little feet. The baby equipment provided included two stair gates, high chair and travel cot which was fabulous.
