This house is lovely very well equipped and spotlessly clean we had the pleasure of meeting steph the lady who cleans the house she was so helpful and lovely unlike your lady in the office !!! Would stay here again just be aware the parking if you have 2 cars is a bit of a problem If your crafty enough and park about 500pm you can get away with it till next morning about 900ish the warden is very friendly but he will give you e ticket !! The spaces are limited other than that you have to park in the ness car park which is not a secure car park and was informed that blueriver cottages should pay for this or issue you with a permit !! Other than that it was a lovely holiday !!!

I requested bedroom 3 to be set up as two single beds rather than one double, and my request was acknowledged in your email dated 7th February. However, this had not been done when we arrived. The two adults who had planned to occupy bedroom 3 on the first floor (one of whom has Parkinsons Disease with reduced mobility so climbing stairs is difficult) had to use the loft bedroom up another flight of stairs and use a small single child's bed. I was disappointed that the confirmed arrangements had not been actioned.

Fabulous place, very spacious, so well equipped with everything you could possibly need and so comfortable. We loved the hot tub ! For our large family this was absolutely such an ideal place as so close to the town .. parking spaces came in very handy and a lovely welcome pack with lots of lovely items which we found really nice too ! The whole family enjoyed our week stay at harbour lodge. The property is in a great location and has everything one needs for a very comfortable stay. Teignmouth is a great location we lots to do in town and the surrounding area. Good train service to Exeter and Topsham. Thoroughly enjoyed the steam rail trip from Paignton to Kingswear and ferry to Dartmouth and Dart river cruise.

A slow 5 minute stroll takes you to the centre of the town and a couple of minutes more takes you to the beach. Loads of pubs and restaurants are almost on your doorstep.
