  The cottage is beautifully presented and has been equiped to an exceptionally high standard. Every small detail has been thought of and it was like a home from home. The beach was easily accessed and just a few steps away. A lovely pebble beach and access to the coastal path walk. The sauna and hot tub are immaculate and well worth making use of. There are a few things to note though: 1. The ring doorbell and CCTV on the owner's home which appeared to be pointing directly onto the cottage felt intrusive. 2. The cottage is on a busy main road and very noisy at night which may be an issue for light sleepers. 3. Dogs are welcome and there was a lovely 'doggy welcome pack'. However, the 'rules for dogs' are very strict (not a problem) but you need to consider whether your dog will manage them. It is open plan with only a small, portable barrier on the bottom stair to stop them from going upatairs and you would have to be sure they wouldn't sneak onto the sofa whilst you were asleep as there is nowhere to put a dog separately from the sofas. All in all though a lovely stay.

  What a great place!

  The set up, the layout and the decor of the house is all brilliant! It is brand new and super comfortable and accommodating for dogs and kids too. The hot tub is an amazing feature for relaxing in the evening and the kitchen perfect for group cooking and meals. Worth being aware that the house is on the edge of an estate but the double glazing shuts most the noise out and you are super accessibility to the countryside pubs and also Chichester town centre which is ideal. Would really recommend this place for groups with kids, dogs and adults to enjoy time together. Even when it was raining, the house was an ideal place to relax and eat and drink together.

  Truly the best

  As someone who has stayed in numerous properties, this was truly the best. Communication from the host, both before and during the stay is impeccable. Charlotte really went out of her way to ensure we all felt comfortable and at home. The finishing touches made the stay; I am so used to packing bags of loo rolls, kitchen roll, washing up liquid etc as hosts tend to leave the bare minimum. Not here; the attention to every detail is second to none and one truly needs to worry about nothing. There is so much space and so well laid out with ground floor rooms for kids and a boot room for dogs. We loved it and hopefully looking forward to another stay.

  We had a really good time at the property. The facilities are excellent and very clean and tidy. There were some lovely touches like a hamper for both humans and dogs on arrival. It is a really special place. Very easy access to the beach and other facilities locally! Our only complaints on it were that the rules on what you can and can’t do with your dog when there were not seen from recollection before arriving at the property. Some of these meant we had to change plans when we got there. Also nothing the owners can do but it was sometimes noisy at night with motorbikes on the road out the front.

  We had a fabulous long over due family stay. The property was amazing, very well thought out, every need was catered for and it was absolutely spotless. The steam room and hot tub were also super clean and a great touch! A two minute walk to the beach plus off street parking and a short walk to the Perch worked so well for us and our dogs. We also received some lovely welcome treats as did our pooches which was another lovely touch. We really did have a fabulous time and would have no hesitation in going back or recommending to family and friends!
