  We had a great holiday in Llandudno staying here as a large group, ranging from aged 8 to over 80 years old.

  The house is clean and well decorated, with nice linen and towels, comfortable beds and lovely bathrooms. It also has a cosy living room with a bright, well equipped kitchen. The games room and courtyard garden were really appreciated too. It was good having a space for the older children/teens to enjoy and the pool table and air hockey were popular. In the house, there are a few toys and games available for children. Having a few books for people to read was a nice touch as well. Not all the tv remotes in bedrooms worked but we were too busy getting out and about so it was not an issue. Parking on the same road and surrounding streets was easy to secure though it wasn’t always possible to get directly outside. The owners could be more reassuring in their response when asked about this ahead of arrival. In terms of accessibility for those with disabilities, the listing needs an update. The hoists have been removed and there isn’t a ground floor sleeping space. This room is now a pretty dining room. The ground floor accessible bathroom that is off the dining room has also been altered. It is a large open wet room shower without any supports in the shower area and no easy reach place to put toiletries. The floor can be quite slippery so you need to take care in that area in the absence of support. There are toilet rails which are helpful. The shower would benefit from some handrails, a non- slip mat, a shower seat or bench and a shelf/stand for toiletries. This would help those with restricted mobility or who are vulnerable to falls. The first floor shower tray is also slippery, so I would recommend use of a non-slip mat there too (not provided). All the bedrooms are now accessed by stairs, with a few stairs to and from the bathroom/loo used by those sleeping in first floor rooms. One member of our party was elderly and needs help to mobilise and another unfortunately had a broken leg. We could navigate stairs with crutches/adjustments and took our own shower seat thankfully, else it would have been a challenge to manage. Furniture would need to be moved in the front room to make that more accessible as the gap between sofas is small. Most houses we have stayed in provide a small welcome pack, with tea/coffee/sugar/milk to use on arrival to make a drink. Usually there is a snack too (biscuits or cake). This time, there wasn’t anything for us but the local shops and M&S with a food hall and Asda are very close by so we managed to get sorted quickly. The personal touch is missing for the welcome to this house but the location, space and general amenities were great. With support from family, we were able to adapt to accommodate the needs of our party and make the best of the house. We would definitely return with knowledge of how to safely make adjustments for those who need help.

  The holiday cottage was the perfect place for 2 families of 4 to stay.

  As soon as we walked through the doors into the spacious hallway with plenty of hooks for coats and a rack for shoes, we knew it was going to be good accommodation. It was all freshly decorated and finished off well with little homely extras that made it feel like home from home. There was certainly plenty of room that we never felt on top of each other; the lounge/dining area and kitchen were very spacious and very well equipped with everything we needed and more. It was clean throughout and had little extras like Alexa, binoculars to admire the fantastic views from the veranda and a welcome milk with sachets of tea, coffee and hot chocolate. Even the dog wasn't forgotten about - there was a bowl and treats for him too. Straight across the road from the Chapel you could be straight onto a footpath which took you up onto the hillside. From here there were fantastic views looking over the bays of Llandudno and Conwy, together with views of Little and Great Orme. It was the perfect location to easily access the many attractions in the area, whilst also being peaceful in the neighbourhood. We are unable to comment on the village pubs as they were not yet open due to covid-19. Saron Chapel was probably the best holiday cottage we have stopped in and we would certainly stop there again. I would also like to add that the owners, Alex and Neil were both very helpful and easy to get hold of if we had any queries. They can both be very proud of what they have achieved with the Chapel.   I booked Palau Farm for a surprise family get together for my wife’s 60th birthday and all I can say is ‘wow’.

  The location is amazing and the views stunning. The property itself was perfect for us with the large open plan kitchen and seating area at one end with doors opening up to that view providing a great place to sit and chat/play board games and eat. The kitchen and utility room were extremely well equipped although a vacuum cleaner and broom would have been useful to be able to tidy up before leaving. Had it been cold enough to use, the wood burner and supply of wood in the lounge the other end of the property would have been another great facility. We couldn’t get the Sky boxes to work but the internet was reliable and fast enough for the ample supply of apps pre loaded on the TV’s to provide something to watch in the evenings. During the day, who needs tv with a view like that! Many hours spent watching the sheep and goats roaming in the farms ground. The icing on the cake for us was standing outside and seeing the Northern Lights. Not supplied by the property :) but a fantastic part of our time there. We have only been back a day and are already missing the views. A big thank you to the owner for the effort put into making Pyllau Farm a fantastic holiday home, we will definitely be returning.

  This is a great house for a family gathering.

  The property is really well located, no need to use the car for Asda or M&S. The railway station is at the end of the street and you are in the centre of town in 5 minutes. Despite that the street is quiet and we had no problems with parking. The property is a large period terrace which is tastefully and freshly decorated, and comfortable. The kitchen is roomy and well equipped with a small fridge plus a large American style fridge freezer which was great for a big family. The games room is smart and cosy with a decent smart tv and pool table. The lounge has a similar large tv and plenty couches and there is a good sized dining room. High quality duvets and pillows are a welcome touch. There are enough bathrooms for everyone and lots of storage for shoes and coats in the hall. This is a stylish, well thought out property and the location could not be better.

  Had a lovely few nights at Seaview Terrace.

  The property is clean, modern, well maintained and had everything needed for a comfy stay. The bed and bedroom is a lovely, comfy and warm. The shower and bathroom is great. We thought the property could be improved with a small settee in the living room. It's well situated but, as others have mentioned, there is an issue with parking. It wasn't a problem for us as we could park for free in the council carpark a few mins walk away but could be an issue if you had mobility problems. Also, the owners are obviously having an issue with a bad smell, which was negated somewhat with 'Wiffaway' that needed to be running constantly. Again though, the lovely property more that made up for any inconvenience this caused us and shouldn't put anyone off from renting this lovely little home. Great stay, thank you.
