The local village of Bazouges-la-Pérouse (3.5km) offers all the essentials, including a local supermarket, restaurant and a bustling Thursday street market filled with fresh local produce and Breton delicacies. Surrounded by open fields and leafy lanes, the village is steeped in character with its traditional stone houses, narrow lanes and welcoming atmosphere. In the other direction, the neighbouring village of Trans-la-Forêt (5km) is home to a boulangerie and café-bar.
