Set just off a country road, Le Moulin de Taron is just over 1km from a little hamlet with an impressive church and 8km from the lively town of Garlin.

Garlin itself is a welcoming bastide town with a well-stocked supermarket, bakery, bank, café bars and restaurants. Situated between the beautiful city of Pau and Bordeaux’s famed wine country, it serves as the perfect base for exploring the region. It is rich in heritage, dating back to the 1300s and hosts a market on a Wednesday morning (every two weeks) showcasing local specialities.
