With a handful of neighbours, this converted barn is set on a country road leading to the traditional small village of St Martin de Goyne (900m), home to a small grocery store (a 3-minute drive or 16-minute walk along the road, no pavement).
The historic town of Lectoure (11km) is ideal for leisurely mornings browsing the traditional Friday morning market or lingering over lunch on a café terrace. This elegant spa town offers all essential amenities including restaurants and a large supermarket. Nearby, La Romieu (10km), situated on the Routes of Saint-Jacques-de-Compostella, is home to the unesco World Heritage-listed Collégiale de La Romieu, a magnificent stop for lovers of history and architecture.
The Gers is renowned for its exceptional food and wine, and Grange Le Brana is perfectly placed for discovering the region’s culinary delights.
