The villa is located in a pretty cul-de-sac between Grasse, Opio and Magagnosc, with on-street parking and a garage for one car. You can walk to local amenities near Châteauneuf-Grasse (1.5km) following country lanes/roads (no pavement) or it’s a very short drive.
Known as the world capital of perfume, nearby Grasse (5km) entices visitors with its renowned perfumeries, where you can even craft your own signature scent. Its enchanting old town is a labyrinth of 17th and 18th-century buildings, narrow alleys and archways, culminating at the vibrant Place aux Aires with its flower and food market and pretty tiered fountain.
