The main three-bedroom wing is arranged over two floors. On the ground floor, a bright and generous living room features exposed brickwork, a statement fireplace and vast picture windows framing the gardens, surrounding countryside and sparkling gulf beyond. Alongside it, the open-plan kitchen and dining area provides a sociable setting for leisurely breakfasts and family dinners, with doors opening onto a covered terrace for alfresco dining.

Upstairs are three spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, a dressing room, library and dedicated office space. The separate two-bedroom wing offers its own living area, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and laundry facilities, making it particularly well suited to grandparents, another family or friends looking for additional privacy while remaining part of the group.

Outside, the villa is designed for long Mediterranean days. The extensive grounds feature a 60m² swimming pool, generous terraces and a covered barbecue area with an outdoor oven, creating a fantastic setting for relaxed lunches and dinners overlooking the Gulf of Corinth. There is also plenty of space for recreation, while the villa's peaceful setting offers a welcome sense of seclusion.

The beaches, tavernas and waterfront of Selianitika and Longos are just a short drive away, while the villa is also well positioned for discovering this lesser-known corner of the Peloponnese. Explore nearby Aigio, visit local wineries and vineyards, or venture further to Patras and the cultural and archaeological highlights of the region. Villa Nerantzies enjoys a wonderful setting in the peaceful village of Nerantzies, with the seaside town of Selianitika just a short drive away. Here you can enjoy inviting beaches, traditional tavernas and local shops, with some restaurants also offering delivery.

The wider Aigialeia region is renowned for its excellent red and white wines. Several wineries, including Oinoforos Rouvalis, Cavino, Achaean Winery, Riras, Tetramithos and Karanikolas, welcome visitors for vineyard tours, tastings and cellar-door purchases, often accompanied by local appetisers.

Along the east Achaia coastline, you will find a superb choice of beaches. Longos offers clear waters, waterfront tavernas and lively evening entertainment, while Selianitika Beach is ideal for families, framed by beautiful scenery. Avithos, also known as Akoli Beach in Rododafni village, is known for its deep, cool waters, and Nikolaika-Elaionas, between Diakopto and Aigio, is a charming pebble beach with small seaside tavernas.

Nearby Loggos, founded in the fifteenth century, is one of the oldest villages in the Peloponnese and hosts cultural events throughout the year. Its museums house hundreds of fascinating exhibits.

From here, you can explore the Monastery of Agia Lavra, the Cave of the Lakes near Kastria, riverside tavernas in Planitero and the scenic Vouraikos Gorge railway. Further afield, Nafpaktos, the Mani peninsula and its historic villages offer rewarding day trips rich in history, coastline and dramatic landscapes.
